Developers can create unique immersive experiences with the introduction of Photorealistic 3D Tiles on the Google Maps Platform. Lens in Maps, formerly known as Search with Live View, harnesses AI and AR to help users navigate and explore new or local surroundings. 

Airbnb Turns to AI to Combat House Party Havoc

In recent years, the nightmare scenario of renting out your home only to return to a chaotic house party has become all too common. This trend, especially prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic, has pushed short-term rental giant Airbnb into action. Airbnb has initiated a  "global party ban" to curb such disruptive incidents: a pledge that included banning repeat offenders from booking accommodations and imposing restrictions on renters under the age of 25 without a pristine review history!

Bitcoin hovers near 13-month high as investors celebrate Ripple ruling
