As the backbone of a SAFe® implementation, Agile Release Trains (ARTs) are critical to value delivery at enterprise level. A SAFe Team member should have a firm understanding of the principles and events underpinning the Scaled Agile framework, and should be well equipped to plan and execute Program Iterations and drive value across the ART. Collaborating and integrating with other teams on the ART is also critical to program success.
On completing CyberBahn's 2-day SAFe for Teams training and certification, you'll be equipped with the tactical skills to be a valued member of an Agile Release Train. Over the course of the workshop, you'll understand how to drive improvement on the Agile Release Train (ART), and effectively leverage Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and XP to maximize and deliver value.
At the end of this course, you will get access to the SAFe for Teams certification exam on the SAFe Community platform. CyberBahn is a SAFe® SPCT Gold and Tooling Partner (1 of 3 companies world-wide to have this credential).

To hold your certification from PMI, you should earn a particular number of PDUs every three years.
PDUs recognize your dedication to the global Project Management community. They are required for recertification and to maintain your PMI credential in good standing. You can learn more about PDUs here.
